Som has 20 years tech, product and B2B sales experience including 8 years as the CEO of an EU startup where he raised €4m and reached an ARR of €1m. He has also worked for established tech and consumer companies like NCR, Toshiba and T-Mobile across the world. He holds 3 granted patents.
In his personal life, Som likes running and reading books.

Helen makes business better. She has grown businesses in Europe and North America, being responsible for P & L’s in size from millions to billions, while keeping customer and employee satisfaction extremely high. In her early career, being part of the teams that developed both the self-scanning and self-checkout markets in Europe, she has used her experience in retail technology, customer journey and store operations to develop SAI alongside Som. She is an empathetic leader and an inspirational mentor. Outside of work, her creative outlets are gardening, card games and planning her next 10k run.
